Hello, I was the one that filed the report. The company has now, thanks to a third party, finally delivered the goods promised. Also adequate compensation for the problems has been given. All goods delivered and working fine. The goods in question are top notch to bad the service and customer care were so poor to begin with. Now however it seems they have sorted their problems and are back on track business wise.
