Complaint Review: RIT 1 + 2. - Sunmount - Tupper Lake New York

For those of us who aren't in this line of work, what do these initials & acronyms mean?

For some of you who think I'm Brandy Conlon, you are wrong. This report was meant for people in authority not ddscta 1's. I know I could bash the staff, but we are not the problem. Do I believe she should still have a job, "no I don't, but some how she still has one." Enough about Brandy, she is a problem, but not the one that should be talked about. Ddscta 1's have been dealing with people who forgot what it was like to be a regular staff member. Clay it is really nice that you are standing up for your relative, because family should always back each other. Clay you have no idea how vindictive she can be. Clay you should stay focused on your other job at the college and it is summer now, so you can start doing your side jobs. Because we all know how bad of a union rep you are and stop worring about your worthless relative. Clay when was the last time you actually worked the floor? Are job is not easy because we have to many people trying to get good staff fired. We can't do our job properly. There are to many clinicians that never worked the floor and they like to fell bad for these consumers who like to rape little children. When staff do try to do their jobs they have people watching them and they run to their boses and tell, like rats. We also have people who like to watch from their office upstairs. If you have so much time on your hand maybe you should come down and interact, instead of getting people in trouble. We all need our jobs. James, we all didn't go to grammer school like you. So, if there are any grammatical error please keep them to yourself. James, I like what you have to say, but don't correct me. Raynie Ormsby this woman has no idea what its like to have a pedophile get your face and threaten you. She runs to her office when she gets into confortation with people. Then she calls her fat, lazy, and forgot what its like to be staff boyfriend and tells him's whats going on. It's amazing that Raynie can yell at the consumers, but when staff try to their jobs. She gives us dirty looks and watches like a hawk to make sure nothing happens. She is another member of the "window watchers." Instead of watching and tell the consumers what they want to hear, try to do our job, with people like you watching. I'm sure their will be more to follow. For those who like to think they know who this is, I've been out of the rit for a while.

Clay, If I needed any s**t from you I would squeeze your head! You are one of Tuppervilles biggest hypocrites and yet you talk smack. I must say though Clay for an educated guy you can't spell worth a d**n. I suggest you go back to Tupper Lake High School and get yourself a proper education. How did you get your job, screw someone in the a*s or what? Well monkey boy I have said my peice and uh I hate to tell you but I have never been arrested for any sex crime, violent crime, or any crime other than a misdemeanor or two so up yours with a d***o!

Well I have to agree with you that Tim bald a*s Gardner is a rat b*****d that needs his a*s kicked as he will turn staff in as quick as he can and is right in with the administrators so he can keep his job. I wish anyone that works under him good luck and I hope that they be careful as to not trust this cue ball with glasses because he will stab you in the back just as quick as he can.
