Rita M Brattkus Unable to get refund owed. Escrow closed oct.27,2018. Called 5 five times, now hanging up on my calls Pasadena California
Each time i call, told new check to be issued, will take 10 days to be received. Told same story this morning. Cannot talk to anyone now, hanging up after waiting on line for several minutes. Freedom mortgage are crocks, i was never a day late to pay my mortgage, that is for 9 years. VA must be informed of their cheating practices.
