Ritchie Bros. Gov Planet, Iron Planet On the bid site they show an item, (motor), with serial number, item in box when received has a different serial number. Items on site are different than what is received. They will not acknowledge the deception. Pleasanton California
I spent thousands of dollars on items listed on the bid site of Govplanet. When I received the items, the items were not as listed. A motor, showing in good condition, shows a serial number, my receipt shows the same serial number as the photo on the bid site. When I received the item, it has a different serial number listed on the item than what was on the photo of the bid site.
Also, the bid site sticker is the same as the photo shown, what it does not show is that the item is a non working item. Ritchie Brothers does not want to acknowledge that there was an issue. I want a return of my money and they can come pick up the items. I purchased another item that is definitely not what is listed and they do not want to issue me a refund.
