There seems to be a few reports on this landlord mark mercer. Unprofessional. ,confrontational loud. He has extremely disceptive practices. He doesn't disclose all of the cost when renting from him. For instance , I rented a one room studio the ad was 500 a month. Then it went to five twenty one. Then all the utilities starting coming in. So now I'm paying almost 650 a month for a studio apartment in rockford il. He's charging 25 a day for late fee. When the first fell on a Sunday and holiday. He's not following the tenant utility act that was creating in 1992 cause of people like him. All the things on the Internet where correct about him. DO NOT RENT FROM MARK MERCER
