Rivers Edge Apartments Located in Cumberland County in Spring Lake NC has many owners or investors.
I was called by management to give an estimate on rental units. I was given the Job and was told that I would receive payment in 30 days. My company painted 7 units and purchased all materials $4000.00
We did not receive payment as promised and the manager refuses to give us any information as to who is suppose to cut the check although I am sure she gets one. In the process we have found several people that Rivers Edge apartments still owe monies to. The previous owners, 2 paint stores that have cut off their account. Other painters.
They are a huge business and have other properties. Senior homes as well.
They have not yet paid us
