I was put in a horrible situation, not just once, but 3 nights in a row! When I reported sexual harassment, I was the one getting punished.
I ended up hospitalized over that specific incident, and had to deal with discrimination and retaliation when I returned to work.
The company ended up firing me and I had requested Family Medical Leave Act for my mother who was dying of Altheimer's so I could take care of her and they denied my request.
