First off my wife and I are retired seniors. We finally decided we could no longer keep up the house we have lived in for over 30 years. We wanted to sell our home and buy a condo. We found a company on the internet www.rjbaxter.com
The company would found was First Mortgage Corp, Evergreen, Colorado. 27902 Meadow Drive, Suite 120 Evergreen, CO 80439
She spoke with the Branch Manager RJ Baxter, his office phone is 303-670-0137, and explained to RJ that we had to sell our house to do the deal. We filled out and sent back to RJ Baxter.
After months of trying to sell our home we decided to stay in the home we raised our kids in. She called RJ Baxter at First Mortgage Corp and told him we could not take another mortgage. RJ Baxter, called her back stating that we could still qualify if he fixed the application a little. We knew we could not afford two homes and did not want to brake the law with a forged application.
RJ Baxter, keep calling and telling us he was working on our application, Even when we told him we did not want a loan and to drop it. A few months ago. I came home from work and found a Bill from RJ Baxter for $3250.00 for services rendered.
Our attorney recommended that we attempt to settle. I will not allow this man to steal from me in my old age and will not allow him to do it to others. I want to make sure that RJ Baxter never tries this again with anyone.
After doing some checking around I have found his wife name is Lynn Marie Murphy They have two children, Chase Baxter and Ava Baxter. Im sorry but if he thinks he will steal from me to provide for a family he obviously can not afford he has another thing coming.
