The author of this report seems to know very little of the history of this man... His first innocent victims were his children and his ex wife Kathleen. He left them penniless and in poverty when his children were very young. RJ never paid a dime of child support until the amount climbed into the 6 figure range, when the State of Michigan decided to make an example out of him by prosecuting him as the first felony child support case. His ex wife and his children have not seen or spoke to him or his fourth wife Laurie in more than fifteen years. They are upstanding adults, who do not deserve their names smeared by a man who only exists in their life by genetics. Please remove any mention of them as they were the first innocent victims of RJ and his partner in crime Laurie Stayton.
As for information on RJ Stayton Smith or Ronald James Smith (his birth name) check with his probation officer in Washtenaw county Michigan and leave his children out of this!!

Laurie Jean Stayton-Smith age 50 lives inCinncinati Ohio and works in a local bank . She does toastmaster at the FTMT campus while she and her husband RJ Stayton-Smith scam old ladies out of their retirement income. She and RJ scammed this lady out of $46,500.
This scammer's maiden name was Laurie Jean Stayton and she has Cynthia Stayton, Carol Jean Holland (Jefferson City Tenn), Nancy Sue Stratman(Dallas Tx)sisters and Thomas Seigle (Jeff City, Tn) Robert Nichols Seigle (Burke Va),James Stayton, Rebecca Pickens siter and brothers to Laurie.
They bought a Ford Transit van with the money they scammed and had guns and a safe in it. Their last known address was 404 Ludlow apt. 71 , Cinncinati, Ohio 45220 . 513-646-2085 is the Water Works USA business line. The "business" address is a UPS Store 7672 Montgomery Road #388 Cinncinati, Ohio 45236.
They now drive an old beat up white van after the transit was repossessed and live in a run down neighborhood. 3727 Applegate Ave. Cinncinati Ohio is another potential address. We are in the process of serving court documents so their exact whereabouts would be helpful.
RJ Smith took Stayton on his name with marriage. He is 16 yrs older, portly, out of shape and balding.
Bexar Technologies , The Eureka Group,New Schools Int'l, Water Works USA , Native American Solutions Fund are all scams he has had. His story is someone (never himself) causes the busineses to go under. He is always the "managing memeber and therefore spends the money and gets quite angry if asked for documentation . His daughter's name is Kelly and he is divorced from the mother of his offspring. Names associated with his are Carmen M Smith.
808-927-8196 808-343-3727 is their other Hawaii phone # lines. The Hawaii connection is Richard D. Tatum who has a lemon farm in Pahoa Hawaii besides his many schemes. His own cousin has been scammed by him so he isn't picky about his victims.
