Hello my name is Gerald C and I am writing to explain to you my case! I need some tires on after my mechanic had done some repair work on my vehicle a 2006 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum! He did some front end work because my steering system needed new parts which I purchased! After he did all the work he told me to go get tires for my vehicle! I went to this tire shop on 7 mile/Hayes that use to be known as rainbow tires! I know this because I’ve been going there for tires for a long time before the shop was taken over by new management! I went there to get tires the tire guy sold me 2 size 20 tires for about 50 dollars apiece Tuesday March 28th 2017 at about at around almost noon but when I looked at the tires they seemed like they were not too good but I gave them the benefit of a doubt! After I received the tires on that day I couldn’t get my wheel alignment until Saturday April 1st 2017/they told me at the former bel tire shop that before they gave me the alignment the tires were not good that they were almost bald, but I told them I just brought those tires Tuesday/they showed me what was wrong/still was nice enough to give me the alignment anyway, So I called them from a gas station to tell them what the issue was/they told me to be there so they can see it/that they close at 530p.m. so they told me to come down so they can take a look to see if I was there on Tuesday/when I when I got there I showed my receipt to the guy in charge/he told me to get the F out of here! Then he ignored me by helping another customer inside his building then came out after I saw him I said can I receive some serve he told me it was your wheel alignment that was needed! He didn’t want to take responsibly for his actions/treated me as if I was nothing so I said ok/left told him I’m not doing business here anymore more. I want you news 7/all other people to know that you should not do business with these guys/that this is a classic case of a scam of selling a bad product/ripping the customer off for their money! DON’T GO TO R&K AUTO SERVICES ANYONE THE ARABS THERE ARE SCAM ARTIST!

This business stolen $293 from my friend account to pay for car in with progressive insurance through a place which I never heard of by the name of squire insurance and no one there even answers the phone it's computerized. They withdrawal $293 dollars from his account on my behalf to start a policy but not under equire insurance under progressive insurance and I called progressive to get his money back a representative said a refund would be returned in 12 says but it's after 12 says and nothing when I told them I didn't have the car a 2002 Cadillac Deville with a cracked hea gasket. Then I called back today the representative said that no payment was received that it never went through but the bank said it was taken. This man called me yesterday to cuss me out for reporting him to you guys. He's got money that does not belong to him. So progressive put this in as fraudulent. Please help us. He's not do right. I want this guy to return my money and my friend's money. I've already filed a complaint with the BBB.
