Rob & Jeanne Marker schemed to rip off numerous investors in a townhome project in Dallas Texas. They misused hundreds of thousands of dollars then quietly left Dallas for other areas of the country. Leaving behind a trail of bankrupt investors. As a result of their scheme many good men were forced to file bankruptsy, and the projects were unfinished for years. They have so many companies it's hard to keep up. BEWARE OF THEM BOTH. Rob and Jeanne Marker are brother and sister and have a history from East to West of leaving those in their path in dire straights. DO NOT INVEST IN ANY OF THEIR SCHEMES, AND BEWARE OF THEIR RESUMES AND FINANCIALS. They are typically fake.

He just finished running off with a bunch of money out of Brazoria County. He's currently operating under "Solaris Industries" which is not registered to him and has a new girlfriend that he uses to answer the phones. Newest operation is http://www.redoxbuildings.com/ As long as he's just stealing money associated with a contract, no one will prosecute him.
