I was a the Sept 11 sailing of the Carnival Miracle to the carribean and aboard that ship I was totally ripped-off by Carnival Cruise Lines. Upon my returning and calling the Customer Service # I was basically told oh well too bad.

First, I was offended at the decor of the ship and the naked women painted all over the walls of that ships and they tout themselves as a "Family cruise Line". Then I was denied disembarkment at a Destination at the appointed time we where to disembark. We were made to wait on all of their paid excursions to go, because we had booked outside of the cruise line we were made to wait and not given the same rights as every one who booked with them. Then I was fed glass in my desert at dinner and the matre'de never even came to the table to see if everything was ok.

Then to top off everything else We had left school books in our stateroom and within an hour we realized it and went back to get them and they refused to go get them or allow us to get them they said they would be turned in and then we could get them from Miami. We recieved a letter about 6 months later stating they never recieved the books. They must allow their employees to just take and file guest belongings that are left either in there pockets or in the proverbial Circular File. The problem with all of this is Carnival did nothing!!! They have Done NOTHING!! I was under the understanding that I would at least get an onboard credit for the next sailing and they didn't even do that!! I also think it is a farce to expect people to tip for services that are terrible!!

On top of all of the mis-treatment and intrusion in to my family they don't even care and it cost me a weeks vacation and several thousand dollars to be treated in a horrible manner.

I feel that consumers ought to have a certain amount of trust in something like a cruise ship that all items that are left in a stateroom should be able to make it home. What if it was a diamond ring or something valuable like that.

Carnival needs to understand that Naked women all over the walls doing things with men or even worse animals is not appropriate for familes with children.

They ripped me off and took my hard earned $ and never even blinked an eye. They need to know this will not be tolerated!!!
