All of this is your choice. You have the right to refuse evening work. You have thr right to turn around and say no to this position or that one before you even begin the job. In case you haven't noticed, it's pretty tough out there and it's not Robert Half that's forcing the situation - it's actually the employers, in case your experience at work hasn't opened your eyes to it. When the recruiter had you shape your resume, for whose benefit were they doing it for? Theirs? No, it was for your benefit. The problem is that employers are so picky as to what they'll take - because there are so many people out of work - that unless you have the right resume, you aren't even going to get a first look. When they shaped your resume up to fit their need, it was to have you look more attractive to the employer. Their first priority is to get you work and yours is to get a job in this economy. You wanted a job, and now you have it. If you're unhappy, consider the alternative....
