Robert Lee Gonzales - Ebay Abused Ebay to sell a junk motorcycle, crashed and shoddily repaired, with no mention of any damage. ripoff Tucson Arizona
Ebay ad descibing 99 Ducati, monster 750 as great bike, daily driver. Was crashed, very shoddily repaired and never mentioned any damage, still denies it was crashed. The tank is bondo and krylon, the clutch cover is the same, bike was never driven, put back together and scammed off on ebay, he demanded payment up front, $3400, I got the bike 2 months later,and was sick to my stomach, asked for $1,000 to cover damages not mentioned in ad.
Reported all this to Ebay, total waste of time, they do nothing, paypal, forget it, Ebay owns them, credit card, never heard a word from them. Arizona atorneys general office, the only people who have done anything at all.
This should be a lesson to anyone reading it, don't buy anything big without looking at it, or get somebody to look at it. Don't give any money. If they can't wait, tough.This guy is a scum, still denies it was ever crashed, cries and whines when I call him up. refuses my calls, blocks my emails,
If you have anything to do with this scum bag, remind him of me. I have the eveidence in my garage, a 2 year old can look at this and tell it was crashed, Ebay item number, 4602321537, seller name, prothunder.
