Landlord/Owner Robin Bayer was a Horrible Landlord.
Basically "Lived" in the front yard for over 8 months over 10-12 hours a day... Gardening... and trying to "Control" her tenants.
Played Loud Stereo Music outside my windows...
Could not sleep because she would bring her dogs over at 6am--- and would cause my dog to start barking up a storm. Would not shut off her music-- until I called the Police in-- to force her to shut her music down a notch or two.
Very Big at Playing Games with Tenants.
Never installed a "blanket" around my hot water heater. Went for over a year and a half-- after having asked her to add a blanket-- with 3 minutes of Hot Water.
Loved to "Shut off the water to the house"-- at key times when I had specifically asked her to wait-- until I had a chance to get dressed for work.
Would run around the yard in disgustingly high shorts with no bra on.... trying to draw the attention of the tenants who lived on property.
Constantly had affairs with the male "tenants" of the house.
Disgusting Landlord.
