This woman Robin Dahlstrom in El Segundo CA hires hispanics to work on her house and doesnt pay them. I am also hispanic but I speak english so I was able to go to the Labor Board. We went to court and I WON 6k plus but still have not seen my money so they put a lien on her house and I will have to wait to see what happens. I have worked for many real estate persons in El Segundo and everyone knows this woman. When you say her name everyone SHAKES their head.That just told me that she has done this to many people. So Im writing this report so everyone can come forward that has been harmed from this woman ROBIN DAHLSTROM.I was at a sandwich shop and the people behind me were talking about and when i heard her name i then shook my head and they said "oh man do you know her" I told them the story and we all shook our head . She comes off being nice but start working for her is very pushy and controlling. What she does is she gives you a small amount of money so you can start working but never gives you the rest always has an excuse. She looks in her 60's.So outsiders be careful she will flirt to get you to go down on price etc..I think that is a terrible thing. Be careful about this Realtor and I hope I get my money soon.

I unfortunately entered into a contract with Robin Dahlstrom within the past 24 months. I can verify what Jose is saying. My experience has been similar. Robin does business as a pathological narcissist, but she's all bark and no bite. She's looking for a reason to blow-up, however minor. Then uses that excuse to fail to honor the contract. Lots of blow-ups and threats, not to mention foul language directed at the client and a similar experience reported by several other people close to and in a similar situation. She has no social skills and that's the basis of her problem.
She owns an additional investment property in Venice, Ca that she may intend to sell. If I were Jose, I would file a lien on that property. She will probably not sell her home in El Segundo and probably has several (or many?) liens on her residence, given the negative commentary floating around about her. Many people use that as a business strategy: they fail to honor their contracts, lose the judgment in court but never pay and just rack up liens to pass on to their heirs.
