Robinhood Terrace Mobile Home Park, Daytona Beach, FL…FAKE OFFICE IN JUPITER, FL SCAMS SENIOR CITIZENS Owned by Gold Coast California 3053 Rancho Vista Blvd, #H373, Palmdale, CA 93551 (661) 224-1970 Manager - Hector Colon 386-235-4360 DO NOT EVER BUY OR RENT A MOBILE HOME IN THIS PARK Numerous issues include: Scams, harassment, and lies by the "manager", Hector Colon, lack of consideration of issues by the owners, Gold Coast, issues with park maintenance, issues with harassment, vandalism, terroristic threats, physical and verbal assaults by neighbors that are unresolved because the manager is one of the instigators of those issues. I was told that for $2,000, I could buy a 2 bedroom 1 & 1/2 bathroom trailer that had, according to the manager, "many windows that I could open and get a great breeze through and wouldn't have to use my A/C”....LIE....the windows are old "crank" windows that do not open and can't be fully closed, thereby causing huge electric bills because air conditioning is going out the cracks. The park has dead and rotten trees, branches falling on trailers. Management is supposed to have these trees trimmed or removed but don't do it. Although the "rules" mention TENANTS are responsible for tree and shrub trimming, I was told it was against the law to trim a tree branch...LIE...THERE IS NO SUCH LAW. Maintenance work in rental homes not done. Management has been informed in writing about harassment issues, nothing has been done because the manager is friends with the perpetrators, and in fact, tells lies to the neighbors that instigate more harassment. Also, one of those perpetrators HAS A DAUGHTER WHO IS A DETECTIVE ON THE DAYTONA POLICE FORCE...so the police do nothing. I could go on and on but don't have enough characters left. You are welcome to call me, Marilou Bauer, at (((REDACTED))) UPDATE 6/22/15 Harassment escalated…18 yr old kid living in 55 and older mobile home park with harassing neighbors busted out my windshield. $200 to replace. Got temporary injunction, hearing last week, now kid has permission to do whatever he wants to me. I feel the judge “signed my death warrant”. BBB has not received an answer to my complaint from Jupiter, FL address. Have posted on Ripoffreports.com also.

Robinhood Terrace Mobile Home Park is now going under the name of Apen Terrace, but they're still scamming people and those who complain are threatened, harassed, and lied about.
