On July 20th ROCC Asian Fusion Restaurant 5301 Alpha Rd, Dallas, TX 75240
(972) 991-7622 Wrote me Sean Madden two checks for work I did for them one check was for $150.00 and the other was for $450.00 and told me I could cash the smaller check right away, but hold the check for $450.00 until Friday the 24th, so I did that.
On Friday I made a deposit with two checks one from Plano Super Bowl, and the other ROCC totaling $950.00 and waited for checks to clear . the next day everything seemed to clear except there was a hold on funds on ROCC'S first check for $150 and had a date funds would available on 8/4/09 no big deal. A week later day before 8/4/09 charged back the check to my account $150.00 plus a $7.00 charge then put a hold on the Check For $450.00 and said funds would available 8/7/09, well this put me in trouble because my account was going negative balance, then the bank Wells Fargo returned the check two days before it's hold time was up and charge me another $ 7.00 charge and added a $35.00 overdraft fee on top of that leaving with a negative $355.00 in my account did I talk to the bank yes I did, I explained everything to them.
I'm now behind paying my bills and can't run my business because of lack of funds.
I need help with this matter.
