On Aug 7th my brother who was visiting from Alberta came to watch my apartment while I was gone with my boyfriend and son. Throughout the time he was there he got into a verbal conflict with the building supervisor (Michael Wallice). Unfortunately he let his temper get the best of him upon trying to deliver rent.

He went to the unit and knocked for a few minutes. Knowing they had just arrived home. Then continued to do so louder. There was no answer. He slide the rent money order under the door. After aggressively knocking he left. So I was informed that my brother was trying to break in (which is false). They had called the cops to address such complaint they had.

I was informed that my brother was kicked off the premise and also I am too. So without even being in the province for such events when I came back I was told I had until the end of Aug 2019 this month to move out. This has been my home for 2+ years and now I have to go to the homeless shelter with a 6 month year old girl in my womb and my 3 year old son. I just am lost with words.

My brother after getting kicked out left to Alberta to not jeopardize me getting kicked out. For the past 2 years they have refused to put me on the lease. So I am not a tenant just the father of my children. They are doing this in hopes that we can't pay rent and will evict us, just to increase the rent on our unit.

The problem is not with the apartment management, it is with your Brother.  It is your brother that even by your own narrative started an argument with them totally unprovoked and let his anger get the best of him.

The issue that you were never put on the lease of your baby father's lease, is more an issue with your baby's father. By the way where is he in all of this? Is he really going to let you and his child(children) end up on the street?

You have been there for more than 2 years, since leases are generally only about a year you had at least a cople of opportuntites to be on the lease, and your baby daddy had at least a couple of opportunities to move to another apartment where you would both be on the lease.

One does have to wonder why you haven't gotten married?

When I made this report I obviously made a few typing errors. This correction would be to 6 months baby on the way (or fetus). I was tryi g toention only the father is on the lease on me another error.

The father of my three year old passed away. So I'm unfortunately unable to collect child support. I have a job and I pay half of the bills. If you didn't know, the rentals around here are very tough to get in and very limited im not trying to have a pity party.

I could go into more detail. But first of all who the f*ck are you to say sh*t without knowing sh*t. This is not about me but about the management company. They have been saying for months they would be okay with putting me on the lease but always come up with a excuse.

This not your home but the home of your boyfriend therefore the landlord has the right to due diligence in this case. Maybe your boyfriend should have put you on the lease to begin with. You were not on the lease so this is not your residence.

Stop with the pitty party about being forced to go to a homeless shelter. Get an apartment of your OWN and demand that the father of the three year old pay child support and get a JOB so you can take care of yourself.

"I was informed that my brother was trying to break in (which is false)."

Only an eyewitness can make that claim.

"a 6 month year old girl in my womb"

How is that possible? Are you sure she isn’t a fetus?

"I am not a tenant just the father of my children."

Your previous statements imply you are a woman.
