I'm completely frustrated with the amount of unprofessional employees they have. Every month for the past year and a half I have called Rogers to complain about my cell phone bill. They keep referring me plans that don't work and then when I get my bill it's through the roof.
I was at the point when I was about to cancel and they referred me to this plan called the Talk Spot where your cell phone becomes like a land-line. Why wasn't I ever notified about this plan to begin with? Why did they only refer the plan to me when I was going to cancel?
My current bill is over $1000. They know they can screw people and get away with it. They send you a high bill and they expect you to pay. If you call and complain, they lower it. I feel bad for the people that don't bother to call and complain because they are getting ripped off. If you don't pay your bill, they send collections after you. You can't win.
Why don't they ever undercharge me? They always over charge me leaving me with a head full of stress. I feel terrible for anyone that has a cell phone with Rogers. I strongly recommend everyone not to sign up with Rogers. Once you sign up, you're F#@KED.
It really takes a lot to piss me off but Rogers is one of those companies that really pisses me off. Bottom line, Rogers Wireless are a bunch of crooks. Anyone signing up with Rogers Wireless be aware. I will never buy into any of Rogers services ever again.
