Advertised on Craigs list Granite for sale.Following with a phone call to Mario Rocha ,we went to meet him at his granite company at 1700 Bloombury Ave Ocean NJ to pick out granite for our kitchen island. He asked us to meet him out side the building & explained we had to go thru a locked gate to view the granite. we picked out a granite disscussed the price & told him we would get back to him. That evening he called & said if you want the granite I will come & get deposit because someone else also wanted it. He was very eager to drive 30min to our home to get the first deposit of $100.00 check .
When we were at the point of having granite delivered we contacted him & he insisted we give him another deposit of $ 421.54,this was now half of the cost. He said we were lucky he did not insist on more to cut granite .After this it was many phone calls & excuses then he would not return or anwser calles .We went back to meet him at the Granite company he never showed & made more excuses. We gave him every chance to get back to us . Every call to phone # that we had got us no where. He is a THIEF & beware of this company & MARIO ROCHA. We have stollen from us $521.53 plus a lot of aggrevation.

I am a similar victim of Mario Rocha and came across your rippedoffreport from May of 2012. You need to file a court complaint with Mario at the township where the fraud was committed. He'll get a hearing date and a notice will be mailed out to him by the municipal court. This Mario is trackable as an anonymous writer contacted me and told me he was arrested and had an attorney and court date at Berkely Heights in Ocean County NJ on June 12, 2013 at 8am. This guy knows what he's doing and is cocky at that. Give him some heat by going through the courts... he's banking on every one of his victims that they don't follow through. Anybody else out there that has been victimized should do the same.
