Building a Romanowski home is like playing the lottery because he cannot keep working relationships with his subcontractors (framers, masons, etc). Every home he builds is of different quality. Mark Romanowski does not employ his own work crew. He is simply a middle man that wants your money.

Mark Romanowski is a dangerous man with a bad temper. Everything about him is shady, right down to his dealings with appraisers and inspectors.
