Ron Pick leased a home to my mother and I. We were living in Colorado when we leased this home. We were sent false pictures of the home making the home to appear much nicer than what we were faced with upon arriving to Arizona. Having no place to go we reluctantly accepted and signed the lease. Once moving in there was no running water. Toilets had mold from the stagnate water sitting in the bowls. Roaches in the house and leaking water faucets. The gate in the back against the dark alley was broken. I will never forget the first time my mother and I walked into the house. Cement foundation floors with huge holes throughout causing my mother to fall. This house is a nightmare. Needs a lot of work. Be cautious when renting from this landlord.
