Ronald Wayne Welch ripoff Failure to Pay Child Support, Failure to Appear on Motion Newberry South Carolina
Ronald Wayne Welch, resides at 3556 Hursey Road, in Newberry, SC. Mr. Welch is being sought for over $30,000. in Child Support, by myself, and both North and South Carolina Child Support.
In the fall of 2003, Mr. Welch was properly served at the above address. In November an attempt to serve a motion to appear, to order child support for disabled son, failed. A woman answered the door and said he didn't live there.
Since, I have photographed Mr. Welch, driving up to the home, carrying groceries, mowing the grass.
Mr. Welch has in the past worked as a self-employed tile setter. He has worked in some of the most expensive homes in SC, including the home of newspaper columnists, sports figures, and politicians.
Last known he was driving a two-tone, yellow and white, 1972 Chevy Pick UP, SC license YLD 512.
Mr. Welch is 5'11", dark haired, though very thin in the front, usually he wears a beard, he has a chicken pox mark on his right cheek. Mr. Welch is an avid pot smoker. He has an arrest record for possession (Lexington, SC), DUI (Richland, SC), Driving an Uninsured Vehicle (Lexington) and assult (both counties).
He attended Brooklyn Casey High School, in West Columbia, SC. His date of birth is 11-16-63.

Well, Mr. Welch was indeed picked up on the bench warrant issued in July, for his failure to pay over 41,000 in back child support. After a brief vacation in the Lexington County Pokey, he was transported to the Family Court for an appearance before Judge Riddle. Judge Riddle, ordered him to pay at least 15,000 or serve six months. Instead, he showed up on Friday, and paid, $ 75.00. Not that there is a big difference between 15,000 and 75.00, but the court purged the order, and let him walk away a free man again. So, he was only short 14,025 of the ordered amount, but still allowed to walk. Here's the big surprise! A new bench warrant was issued in December, for failure to pay again. Anyone surprised? The state could have saved the money and just kept him to begin with. I wonder if it will take another 15 years to find him again?

Mr. Welch Has Won A Vacation, All Inclusive Of Couse

Upon notice from the clerk of court, private case worker, Mr. Welch has won an all inclusive, vacation, compliments of the Lexington County Family Court. He will be spending it in the Lexington County Jail, on the bench warrant, issued in early July, 2008. Way to go Lexington, South Carolina Law Enforcement and Lexington County Family Court Systems. Now, let's see if you can keep him this time. Trial set for Aug. 28th, 2008.

A warrant for the arrest of Ronald Wayne Welch, for failure to pay child support has been issued. Anyone seeing, working with or around, should call the local sheriff's department. He is wanted on a felony class three, non-payment of child support. Ronald Wayne Welch was self employed as a tile setter in the Lexingtion, Richland, and Blythwood areas of South Carolina. As Mr. Welch is a known drug user, and has had arrests for drugs, and DUI, he does have a violent temper. It is suggested that rather than approach him your self, that you instead call the local law enforcement in your area. Again, the warrant is an open bench warrant, from LEXINGTON County, SC. The court Summary I request yearly, shows the outstanding balance, of 40,000 + for his daughters, and he is yet to appear for the addition of his disabled son. He is still working in Richland County, through several employers.
