Returned a very expensive Showtime rotisserie oven several months ago and was never given a credit on my Am Ex card. Paid for charges long ago, would like my refund. All mdse returned in original packing material, all in perfect condition.

Did you comply fully with their return policy. Though I found the following on their web site, I'm sure it's a standard policy for the company. RETURN POLICY Popeil Family Store.com guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If not, simply return it within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or a refund. Returns or exchanges must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of date of receipt of product. All returns must have an RMA number. No exceptions. For a Return Authorization, please call (310) 471-2003,(must be within 30 days after receipt of your order), Mon.-Fri., 10am to 5pm(PST). No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items not returned to us in its original packaging. Popeil Family Store.com is not responsible for damages resulting from return shipment by the customer. (No credit will be authorized in the event damage resulted from return shipment.) It is the customer's responsibility to insure all packages that are returned to us. All Returns and exchanges must have authorization numbers posted clearly on the outside of shipment package/box. The RMA# is valid for only 15 days after the issuance. Returns that are received in excess of the 15 days shall be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Should a return package without authorize RMA# be accepted by our warehouse, a 25% re-stocking charge will be accessed on the return order. Not all returns on RMA's will be accepted for credit, this will be evaluated on a case to case basis. There is no exception to the re-stocking fee, to cover our cost for processing un-authorized returns. For exchanges, new shipping charges will apply for exchange orders. All shipping and handling charges are non-exchangeable or non-refundable. If you should place an order and it is shipped to you and you refuse it to be returned to Popeil Family Store, there will be a 5% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the shipping fees incurred both to you and back to Popeil Family Store.
