In June 2014 I ordered 10 clothing items from this company and received 6 in the mail.  I wrote an e-mail to inquire about the remaining 4 items. 

Upon their response as to whether I wanted to wait or receive a refund, I indicated I would prefer a refund for 2 items but that I still wanted to receive the other 2 items even if they were back-ordered.  They refunded for the 2 items I requested.  Up until this time, there was no problem; the only problem occurred with trying to resolve the 2 final items. 

In August 2014 I inquired about the status of the 2 remaining items and they said they could not get them to me by the date I requested.  I then wrote again and asked them to cancel and refund for the last 2 items.  They wrote back and stated, we already refunded you, citing the date that they had refunded the earlier two items. 

When I tried to write and explain that this was a mistake and that there were still 2 remaining items, they had closed the ticket and would no longer receive messages from me.  There is no phone number or any other way to contact them.

I have rarely had this much trouble with a company or with an internet purchase.  This company is terrible because when they decide they have resolved the problem, they will close the ticket number and not allow you to communicate with them further.
