I placed an order with Rosegal on November 11th. It us now January 1st and I still have not received an order.  I have sent a claim and have had several emails going back and forth and each time they tell me to wait. They said they can not offer a refund because my orders have shipped.  I later posted on fb that this was a scam and Rosegal replied "F $÷% YOU,  THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATION. 

On another posting Rosegal wrote. "Go ahead and share the post, we will just open another because Americans are stupid and fat, keep giving us your donations. " They have removed since but I have all the screen shots to prove and over $60.00 of clothes and jewlery that o never received.

 In response to Rosegals response to respecting other reviews. Every other review you have is negative because, you have ripped off so many people, it's finally catching up to you. There is a Facebook page about how you rip off people. I have screen shots of what you have said about Americans and your customers. There is no doubt RoseGal had hundreds of customers who never received there items ordered and never received a refund, like myself. Or people who have received there items looked NOTHING like the pictures you uses to describe them. I stand by my review 500% and hopen you all do get shut down for the awful way you do buisness.

I wish to start off by telling you that we are extremely sorry about the situation. We have clearly been remiss on our end and will endeavor to resolve it to the customer's satisfaction.

We apologize with this delay and sincerely regret you have not received your order.

In addition, we are NOT a con. We really do not need to risk our reputation over a single order. Nevertheless, we respect your opinion. It will be nice if you can respect the opinions of other reviewers too because it is not fair to accuse other honest reviewers of being liars.

Would you mind let us know your order number? We will deal with the issue for you soon.
