I placed an order on 10/8/15 with Rosewholesale.com after seeing their advertisment in Facebook. I had no problems registering all my information in order to place my order and even received a confirmation email immediately stating that I was now registered with them. I received an order number after placing my order and I was to receive a confirmation number so I could track my order after everything was processed. I ordered 3 items for a total of $30.65 and used the expedited shipping of $21.13, because it was cheaper than the regular shipping amount. The total amount of my order was $51.78. I checked back on my order a few days later because I never received a confirmation and nothing on their site works! The support centre, the chat, the tracking order, nothing except placing an order. I tried calling their number 917-621-0925. The first time it rang, but then disconnected. Everytime after that, it just was busy. My Visa was charged on 10/10/15. Now, I'm seeing all the report scam details about this company so I guess that money is never to be seen again. This is my first bad experience with ordering online. I won't be doing it again with a company I know nothing about. Sucks to be a Sucker!
