Rosie put together incomplete LLC documents (according to syndication attorney Kim Lisa Taylor) and did not properly setup the LLC.
Rosie Nieto refused to provide any accountability or details of the monthly operating expenses or financials for the 6 months the operation was in business.
Rosie Nieto refused to provide any investor paperwork or accounting for their tax retuens and ran off with all said investment monies with zero accountability and has since refused to take any phone calls and cancelled her cell servie and shut down her illegal real estate flipping business.
