"Richard" Ross Macdonald uses Venmo to accept payment, in part seemingly to avoid taxes but also definitely so that he can take your money and not refund after he screws up.

Customer was the one that suggested using Venmo in the first place I do not try to circumvent the laws. I pay all taxes and I have documentation to back that up. Mr.Adam Dolan purchased a golf putter from me for $100 off the retail price which is an incredible deal. Somehow the wrong putter was sent to the Mr. Dolan.
Instead of messaging me he blocks from from any sort of way to get ahold of him. He’s gone to multiple sites and the BBB trying to slander my name. He’s also stated he will rescind everything if I give him $2500 which is extortion. I have documentation to back that up also. I’d be more than happy to replace the putter with the correct model even if it’s been used but I have no way to get ahold of Mr. Dolan.
