So this morning Mr. Russo called me to inform me that he had sent out my check today and even forwaded me the tracking number. I have to say Im still a little surprised at this. Obviously I will be happy if in fact the check gets here but after everything I went through with ROthman & Wise, I still have lingering doubts. LEts see what happens next week.

So I got a call this morning from Al Russo who is the operations manager from Rothman and Wise. Apparently he saw all my online complaints that I had put up and was none too happy about it. He was actually very polite and professional. I was a little taken back by this considering the treatment I had gotten in the past by his boss. He apologized to me and told me that he would take care of my account by early next week. I am still a little sceptical so I will hold off on any judgment till then. I told him I would have no problem either removing my complaints all together from the various web sites or listing updates as to the account being paid to my satisfaction. That is all I wanted from the beginning. Maybe The rest of the company can take a cue from Al Russo as far as customer service and follow up. I hope he keeps his word. I will update you all as soon as I know something else.
