Royal Camera is Royally Rude and a Liar! Rebate Rip-off! Internet
Called wanting to buy a sony dsr-pd170 dvcam, a $2000+ purchase and was treated with a hurry up and order attitude. Was told that they do not have customer service skills nor do they have a supervisor. When I called back and they found out who I was they actually referred me to the person that was rude to me the first time, on purpose, referring to him as the special affairs department.
They claim to be an authorized Sony reseller but after calling Sony they are not which makes the rebate they are offering on the Sony DSR-PD170 a scam!
