We have a time Share in Nuevo Vallarta Mexico at Bel Air Vacation Club / Playa Del Sol Grande. Royal Capital Advisors offered to purchase this Time share from us for $51,875.00 USD.
Royal Capital Advisors assured me that they had a buyer for our time share and they had the money in a trust to be paid to us on completion of purchase forms and inspection by their agent. This offer was offered and signed by Jeffery R. Eisenberg.(816-759-8377) Broker The Sales & Marketing Team LLC. "Purchase letter of Intent".
This was followed by a Royal Capital Advisors " Transfer of Ownership Agreement" that stated the purchase agreement and a tansfer fee of $5,187.00 must be sent to Royal Capital as soon as this week. This document required both my and my wifes signature and was then to be returned with the payment of the transfer fee. This document was signed by the royal Capital Advisors Closing Agent Emily Moore (312-488-1887)
On June 1st 2016 I received a phone call from Jeffery Eisenberg requesting that we fax the signed documents and picture ID to his office as soon as possible We had a lawyer acting on our behalf and she did fax the information as requested. We sent the Transfer Fee of $5,187.00 on July 20,2 016;To Promueve Agencia De Bienes Raices S, Calle TuxpanN 39,Inteor704 B Colonia Roma, Delegacion Cuauhtemo, CiudadDe exico , Mexico 06760.
On August 4th, 2016 We received a formal looking letter from "Mexicn Secretaria de Mexienda Y credito publco" Abogado Fracisco gutierrez Jabalies - Internatonal Business Manager Advising us that we would be receiving the $51,875.00 for our time share and that we as non Mexican residents must pay a 9% foreign Tax and a 16% value added tax. on the sale amount which is equal to $14,265.50. They assued us in this letter that the buyer was going to pay all taxes and expenses and we would receive a total of $71,377.50 USA.
Mr. Thomas Schroyer (Broker Agent for Royal capital advisors.com ) 312-488-1887 or 1-888-882-5076 ot Fax 1-312-277-7578 also called to have us send the money$14,265.50 soon so the deal could be completed.
Our Bank advised us not to sent the Foreign Tax as it appeared to be a fraud. and it is a fraud. Royal Capital Advisors seem to be gone as no one answeres the phones or the e-mails. They have absconded with our $5,187.00 USD which is $6945.26 Canadian Dollars.
We are near 80 year old grande parents and they hve cleaned us out of our retirment savings. I want them to be held accountable for this fraud.
