I believe in offering customers with outstanding services good ethial and professional onduct.  I believe in management taking responsibilities for their employee's  during work and/or lack of knowledge due to clear and deficient in proper training.

Royal caribbean used false and inaccurate information to take advantage of their customers.  An authorized royal caribbean representative verbally offered to give us full refund on octorber 2012 which their corporate  classified as a mistake, but still refuses to mend their incorrect information given to their passengers.

Royal caribbean employees are in sole representation of the company.  It is their resposibility to make sure that all employees are well trained in all aspects.  Royal caribbean customers shall not be held responsible for royal caribbean employee's lack of knowledge and misleading information;

it is very unprofessional for Royal caribbean Cruise Lines to try to evade and not to accept full responsibility for their deceptive and erroneus information provided to customer in order to take advantage of them.

We only wanted to fultull our dream cruise which has become our worst nightmare. Instead of our full refund as offered, we received partial refund and the rest was received as a certificate, which they are expecting us to pay as much of double of what we originally paid to go to the bahamas.  We are not requesting what is ours.

Due to the negativity of Royal Caribbean International and all their staff and representatives, I am force to file this complaint.  Royal Caribbean has stated, this issue has been an error from their representative, but just saying "I apologize will not ment their action.

Your report and rebuttal are almost unreadable, is English your second language?

Anyway, are you saying that the cruise line changed their route and went to different ports from what you originally expected?  You did not like that and wanted your money back?  You then apparently had someone tell you that you could get your money refunded, but you can't.

Is that close?

If that's the problem, I think you'll find that they can change the route based on a number of different situations.  It's in your documentation.

Im glad If you were to bet you would have lose.  I was offered a full refund by Royal caribbean cruise line representative, which is the authorized representative from the cruise  line.  I got to the cruise port on time, and we all have our adecuate documents.  The cruise was re routed to nowhere by the Cruise line, and we did not accepted their changes.  I will always take full responsibility mistakes and for my actions. It seems like will blame people for your mistakes, I wont.  It was not their mistake, It was their responsibility for what they offered to us. I am requesting nothing less of what I paid and they offered.

Why did you want a Refund, and who exactly what this "authorized" representative.

I'd take a bet on one of a couple of things.  Either wanting to cancel your cruise close to the cruise date and expecting a full refund because you have a "good" reason, or not having the proper documentation to travel abroad and trying to blame anyone else for your mistake.
