Tarjeckiztan,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Fri, April 17, 2009
I have worked with RCI for many many years and have gone through a couple of medical leaves during those times. Never have i had problems with my claims (leave pay, medical bills etc.) and the reason why is i was sent on medical leave due to injuries i sustained while i was working onboard the vessel. Allergies do not warrant medical compensation as it is easily falsified, and most of the times are caused by the persons own doing. It could have easily been caused by reasons that are totally not work related. As there where no other facts provided by the complainant regarding how he has "contracted" his "allergies" i am assuming that it was not work related and does not warrant any form of medical reinbursement or paid leave as indicated in the contract he signed prior to working with the company

Why do you think all those ships are foreign registered? That way they can get away with all sorts of things US companies can't.
