Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Royal Caribbean DOES NOT take care of their loyal cruisers/customers & they misinform, lie & steal from their cruisers/customers as well! NEVER EVER do business with these people ever!!!

They still have over $7,000 of my wife & I’s money including, cruise fare, airfare, money paid in advance for excursions we were never able to take the honeymoon package that I purchased in advance to surprise my new wife that included room decorations, a bottle of wine, & chocolate covered strawberries, & other misc. money for taxes, etc.

They have told us on multiple occasions that they will not refund a penny of our money, even though their travel specialist completely misinformed me about the travel visas we would NOT need on our cruise! Also, we have called in multilple times asking to speak to a manager in their Royal guest relations dept & they have refused to let me or my wife talk to a manager & have each time told us that all of their representatives, including their travel specialists All know what travel visas are needed around the world for people traveling with each Country’s passports. This is an Absolute lie!!!

Someone Please help my wife & I by referring us to a good Attorney so that we can take this horrible Company to Court & try & get some of our money back OR if there is actually someone that we can contact or can contact us to help us get our money back! Please take the time & read what happened in the next paragraph & thank you for your time & support.

I thought my wife, Evelyn, & I would just be getting back from our dream honeymoon in the South Pacific Islands & Australia. Instead, we were denied boarding at the dock in Seattle, WA. because even though my wife & I were flying straight back from Sydney, Australia 3 hours after we got off the ship in Sydney, Australia, the Royal Caribbean dock personnel told us that my wife, a U.S. Green Card holder & Mexican passport holder, needed a travel visa in advance just to enter Australian waters.

This was Completely contradictory to what the Royal Caribbean travel specialist told me on July 31st, 2018 when i called in there & spoke in detail to him about this exact situation for 30 minutes. I went over in detail with this person, including that my wife was traveling with a Mexican Passport but had paperwork to travel to & from the U.S. & that I was a U.S. Citizen traveling with a U.S. Passport & thuis person from Royal Caribbean told me on several occasions during our conversation that if the both of us were flying straight back from Australia once we docked then neither of us needed a travel visa But if we were staying there to explore or visit.

He was pretty sure we both needed a travel visa but he wasn’t sure what kind of travel visa so he gave me the direct line of the Australian Embassy in Australia & I called them & spoke to a gentleman for 25 minutes & explained in detail everything I did to the Royal Caribbean travel specialist & the Australian Embassy representative told me the exact same thing that we both didn’t need travel visas if we were flying straight back but if we were going to visit or explore there were different kinds of travel visas we needed to have & they ranged in price & he gave me the website to research which travel visa we would need in the future when we went down there to spend some significant time to explore Australia & New Zealand.

When we went to checkin at the dock & we were denied boarding & we spoke to manager there & asked if there was anything we could do to be able to board he said that there was nothing that could be done. When I asked why we were misinformed, he had no answer for me. When we called the Australian government & asked if there was any way we could purchase an expedited travel visa for my wife & get it approved over the phone, they said that it was a 3 week turn around time for the travel visa for her & they couldn’t guarantee the travel visa any faster.

The cruise was for 3 weeks. We were devastated & still are. My wife was crying on & off for days. If someone, who should have known, would have informed us correctly it wouldn’t have mattered what the travel visas would have cost we would have ordered them online that day, July 31st 2018, in plenty of time.

Royal Caribbean is horrible & could care less about it’s cruisers/customers, they just want your money & once they have it, they will lie to keep it & refuse to refund any of it. My wife & I had been cruising at least once a year with them fo the past year but we Never will give them another penny of our money again. Please help & once again, thank you for your time & support.
