Royal carribean cruise Virus of the Seas Forced to take cruise to disease infested countries on anniversary Carribean Nationwide
My wife and i booked a anniversary cruise a year in advance to st thomas,st Martin,puerto Rico and Haiti. Not being told at the time that their is nasty,nasty Virus going around called theZika Virus. Since the cruise had to be paid in full before this was disclosed I was told no refund unless you are pregnant since the virus causes birth defects. Well since this is an anniversary cruise my wife and I were hoping to conceive on this virus cruise. I've cruised 4 times with this line and called customer service to see if we could change itenterary to a non disease carrying mosquito location. It's absolutely disgusting situation. What if my wife conceives on our cruise and then is bit by a Zika Virus Carrying Mosquito and our child has birth defects????...Are these scumbag money grubbing thieving cruise executives going to pay for medical care for our child?
All we wanted to do was change iterararys not cancel. BUT NO FLexibility or credit towards another cruise
