Royal Discounter Ltd software-user.com Online Software Company a possible scam... Internet
I did a search for Microsoft Office 08 Mac edition and came up with some affordable results. One of the sites that popped up with a reasonable price was Royal Discount. Now, this I believe is actually a legit site, but for some reason I ended up at www.software-user.com and is a company called Royal DiscountER Ltd. THIS IS A FRAUD SITE and is apparently tricking people who think it is www.royaldiscount.com
BE CAREFULL!
They charged my card $105. THe download didn't work, and the registration code was invalid. All of the numbers they provided for cust service immediately pointed to a voice mail box with the voice of a foreign person with a thick accent. They don't have bad customer service...to have bad customer service you first need actual CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called Bank of America and reported fraud and they took the autorization off my account. If the company doesnt respond to this then I am possitive they are fraudulent.
