I ordered a Panasonic camcorder in 11/14/2004 and I was promised to get it in 10 days as maximum. The price was $389 +shipping and tax ($60)= $449. Royalcamera had the best price. The accessories were not ordered because my budget did not allow me to do so. I placed my order through the internet.

By the time I arrived at my office, Royal Camera had called twice and requested I call them back. When I did, I was told that I would need would need a battery, charger, tapes, filters, tripod and a memory stick for the camera, and suggested to be added to the order which I did not because of my budget limitation, except an extra battery of $80 value so the total will be $529. Strange enough my credit card was charged $729. When I called back they told me that I ordered filter kit value of $200 although I did not and it's price in their site anyway was $150 not $200. I tried to tell him several times that I did not order accessory except the battery and his response was that no refund will be given to me and the filter kit was mine and would not be accepted for return. I tried to argue but he told me that he was going to ship an extra battery and five tapes free as a way of compensation otherwise I would not get any thing back, take it or leave it! and that the first order had already been shipped.

It has been 16 days so far and I did not get my camcorder till now and I missed to film an important trip to Arkansas with my family. Thanks alot, Royal.

This company should be boycotted!
