R&R Oasis - Las Vegas Huge Las Vegas scam... fraudulent massage parlor rip off; will try to get all your money for nothing Las Vegas, Nevada
Taxi driver recommended this massage parlor as Russian operated. We were received by 4 girls in their 20's and an older one (the only "russian" type), which explained the services, basically a very relaxing and the best in the world 30 minute full body massage for $200.
She also mentioned that other "additional" services could be arranged directly with the masseuse if we wanted to extend the session. The lady knows her line very well to make it sound like a sweet impossible to reject deal.
After paying the $200 we were directed to separate 6'x8' rooms with a massage table on the side. I was asked to get comfortable and of course, I got on my underwear, lying face down on the table, waiting for my masseuse. A couple minutes later appears a mexican girl asking me to please put my clothes on. I asked how could I receive a massage with my clothes on and she said that it was actually a "reflexology" session.
I immediately asked my money back and she pointed a sign in the back of the door saying that there were ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. I asked to talk with the manager, and she came back after several minutes saying there was no manager on duty, instead there was this huge ugly guy asking if there was any problem.
The guy made it very clear that there were NO REFUNDS and my only choice at that point was getting the "reflexology" session. So I put my clothes on and laying face up she started rubbing my hand and ear with baby oil, which was "reflexology" according to her... At that point I was really furious. She apologized for the confusion and right away offered me the "additional" services, which probably were what I had in mind, as she said, starting with a "hand job" for $500.
I opted to cut my losses and asked to leave the place immediately. The big ugly bouncer showed me the back door and stayed with me while I waited for my friend.
He came out a few minutes later. Unfortunatelly he opted for the "additional" service, which was provided only in half... the girl asked him another $200 to finish the job.
This was a big scam. All the services were offered verbally and they are very well prepared to manage complaints with signs hanged in not very well illuminated spots and a big ugly bouncer, which doesn't look like the best reasoning person to deal with.

I suggest you do your homework a little before getting in a cab and going to a place like that.
I used to drive a cab in Las Vegas, and this sounds exactly like another establishment called the "comfort zone" on Industrial road behind the Stardust, just down the road from this place.
That cab driver got at least $60 a head for bringing you there, possibly $100 a head now.
Keep in mind that any legal massage establishment needs to be licensed and the license posted in a conspicuous place, along with the license of each therapist in the room where services are provided.
They MUST be certified in reflexology in order to offer it. You should always get the cab# when you are taken somewhere like that.
Then call the police when you are ripped off.
Keeping in mind that prostitution is ILLEGAL in Las Vegas, contrary to popular belief.
You could have taken the $200 cab ride to the Chicken Ranch or Sheri's Ranch in Pahrump just 45 minutes away and then spent about $500 and got what you wanted.
Lesson learned.
