RSE Marketing aka "Run for the Wine" deceitful and unethical business practices, never paid for catering services Naples Florida
I was hired by RSE Marketing to cater an event they host called "Run for the Wine". Final payment was due the day of the event, but no check was given after service was completed and we were told we were all set to leave. Jeff Davies told us check would be ready in 2 days. After following up with both Jeff Davies and John Matthews, no response was received. The following day, an email was sent from Jeff Davies stating a check had been mailed. After waiting over a week, I followed up with both Jeff Davies and John Matthews again, again they did not respond to emails, or phone calls. After blocking my number, I got in touch with Jeff the following day where he stated check would be sent "soon", admitting his previous email about check being mailed out was a lie. To date, no payment has been received, and John Matthews has started to threaten me for "harassing" him about my money. This company is a complete SCAM, takes money in ticket sales for their events, and does not pay their vendors. BEWARE!!!!
