On May 8 I ordered a CHEBURASHKA dvd. This is a very famous Russian cartoon, which my wife and I wanted to get for my daughter.
On May 25, I noticed the video still hadn't arrived. I contacted the company's representative one SERGEI VIDOV, who refered to an error in my postal code, and promised to send me another DVD. Another two weeks elapsed and still no DVD. I called again, and he promised to send one that day.
After another two weeks had gone by I demanded my money back. He responded by swearing the DVD was on route, and promising a UPS tracking number within an hour.
This charade went on for another few days until I demanded my money back. Vidov promised to pay me on 25 June, but has consistently failed to do so. Now, 10 July, I realize he has no intention of returning my money.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have wronged this person as an employee of the company. The original shipping label, as indicated by the order label printed had incorrect zipcode. As the package was sent out after the customer reported nonreceipt i decided to wait a few days to see f it would show up. Some time passed and as it did not show up i promised to send the package to the customer. Due to one reason or another (Just married and like), I have not and upon request of a refund I have personally refunded the customers from my own paycheck. Also I have paid for a dvd that the customer requested and shipped it to him myself. thus I am double punished. I notice that this report was created on the 10th of july Unfortunately that is the day that i got paid and since it was saturday the money were not available to me till monday the 12th that is when Paul got paid.
