Rust Consultant INDEPENTENT FOCLOSURE REVIEW SCAM Minneapolis Minnesota
I recieved a card from Rust Consultant stating as a part of a class actions suit I would receive a check as part of the Independent Forclosure Review. Think it was a scam I called the OCC and research online to find out that I was indeed due money as part of this class action suit anywhere for $300-$125000. And I should receive the money in April. so I waited april arrived I received a W-9 request, which I promptly filled out and returned the same day. Then around May I called to see when my check would be mailed. I was told "Additional checks will be mailed through the end of the summer." very vague. So then I started callin in June and was told my check would be out no later than 7/15 GREAT I thought 7/15 can and left called again they said end of month , OK , that date passed. So call again they said end of August. last day of August I called they said the day isnt over (???) OK then I called the beginning of September they then said though the end of Fall (vaugh) Fall ends in December????. I asked for a manager and was told we need information from the IRS ok I gave you a W-9 that is all you really need but if you need addtional information please let me know, Rust response was "if we need anything else we will contact you. So I call the OCC they say that they have reserved several complaints about Rust and would contact me back. No response after 2 weeks...ohh did I mention now the Government is shut down indefinitely. We as consumers have been raped by the bank with illegal foclosure practices now we are being victimized again my Rust Consultants.
