In Nov. 2009 my uncle traded in a 1995 Monaco Executive and $50,000 for a Fleetwood Tradition. I estimate the value of the sale to be $80,000. The Fleetwood had many problems and RV Peddler fixed most of them but wanted my uncle to use insurance on others which caused him frustration. All of the problems on the RV should have been fixed before it was ever released for sale but that apparently is not your mode of operation. After the TV in the dash popped up unexpectedly while driving, blocking the front window, my uncle had had enough and returned to RV Peddler  in January 2010 and appraised them of his unhappiness with the RV.  They agreed that they would trade him for another. This is where I have a problem.  In his quest to find a replacement of equal value, you traded him for a National RV that was on it's last legs which you yourself placed a value of $40,000 on the contract. The Fleetwood Tradition is twice the RV the National RV would be if in perfect condition but it was a pile of crap and you didn't advise him of it's value or condition. You took advantage of a frustrated old man who was at his wits end and sold him a pile of junk for $80,000 in value. After cooling off, and in less than 24 hours he asked you to let him out of the contract and you wouldn't let him.  You are within the law but in my book you are lower than a snake's belly. You did him wrong and I hope this is a message to every senior that uses the internet to stay away from your den.
