S & S Locksmith Completely overcharged and lied about work he did Fort Smith Arkansas
Tech responded to location to change the combination on the safe. He determined the safe was not working and the lock needed to be replaced.
He called and stated he needed to drill safe and replace lock would take around three hours for job plus cost of lock. Approx. $500.
Tech manulipated safe open, was on site only 37 minutes, still wanted to charge $480.89 for the call. He stated he was on site over two hours, manager at the location confirmed 37 minutes, he tried to charge $189 for a safe dial and ring that usually costs $53.
Tech is a lying thief and everyone in the area needs to be informed of this.
