* Saad homes took over six months to pull a permit with the city

* Over $60,000 was paid to Angel Saad before permits were issued as a deposit.

* Angel Saad breach signed contract by producing false bills to still money without work.

* Saad homes sent two workers on a major project which required far more hands (understaffed - unskilled).

- I have multiple picture of them sleeping on the job.

* Saad homes only showed up 2 to 3 days out of the week. Most of the time would go 3 weeks with no show until i called and demand an explanation.

* Saad home failed to pay suppliers ( I have the open invoices). Suppliers are threatening to lien my house.

* Saad home only have done partial demo and a couple of footers on the main house and have gotten a substantial amount of funds.

* project is over a year old when promised it would be completed on time.

* Saad home blames changes to design which no changes was submitted to the city by Saad homes.

* Saad homes (Angel Saad) was previously banned from pulling permits and doing business in my city due to misconduct and taking money from customers without completing the projects.

WHY IS THIS PERSON ALLOWED TO LICENSE A DBA WHEN HE WAS REVOKED AND PREVIOUSLY PENALIZED? HE IS FINDING QUALIFIERS AND COMMITING FRAUD WITH THE LICENSES.

HOW MANY INOCENT HOMEOWNERS MUST GO SUFFER? I WILL NOT REST FOR THE PAIN AND LOST OF MONEY AND TIME THIS GUY IS COSTING MY FAMILY.

I'M GETTING THE OTHER HOMEOWNERS WHO HAVE SUFFERED TO COME FOWARD AS WELL AND PRESENT THEIR CASE TO THE CITY MAYOR.

After the homeowners approved the final plans, said plans were once again changed three more times, all requiring revisions by the architect and approvals by the building department, causing time expended and additional expenses for the architect to draw new plans and submit to the building department for approval.

Notwithstanding the homeowners' complaint concerning the work performed on the guest quarters being only 50% done, guest structure is totally done and has been inspected by the city.

The homeowners have changed their minds no less than three times regarding locations of the rough openings for the guest house and have requested even more changes all requiring revisions by the architect and approval by the building department.

The plans and specifications have been changed no less than seven more time by the homeowners all of which require further revisions of the plans and approval by the building department and of which the homeowners expected to be performed without such revisions and approvals.

The homeowners had promised but refused to move out during construction causing not only an exposure to them of personal injury but also delay as well, regarding the construction, being that they are simply in the way. Despite that, Saad Remodeling has made every effort to accommodate the homeowners as much as possible.

Saad Remodeling has attempted to resolve the continuing disputes made by Meza and Moore (homeowners).

Saad Remodeling never abandoned the job. In fact we were wrongly terminated.

Further, the homeowners refused payment of a draw request of more than a month before being wrongfully terminated for ongoing completed construction which warranted said payment.

Meza and Moore have published false statements through the internet; have filed malicious complaints with the DBPR, all the sole intention to justify nonpayment which is well past due.

Being unresolved, as well as not being fully paid, a law suit is being instituted by Saad Remodeling against the homeowners, not only for the money owned under their contracts, but also an action for libel concerning the defamatory, malicious and lying statements made public by Meza and Moore (homeowners).
