Sabana windowns - Jimmy Abravaya Sabana Window Orderd a Mahogony door - it was delivered 6 months late - scratched. Coral Gables, Florida

This is a 9000$ transaction.
The service was horrible from the beginging. The head sales person - Enrique - who deosnt speak english constantly lied and was incompetent. I had to go down and see the owner myself.
Afther 50% was paid - the door wasnt delivered. Had all kinds of issues "at the factory in honduras" - After threatming them - they delivered the door - which was scratched.
They send a person to inspect who advised that it will be fixed - it never was.
one lie after another. Finally i mailed a check $200 for additioanal wood panaling (which was supposed to be delivered for free as part of the deal). Since then, for 4 months - they dont take my phone calls. Jimmy the owner is never there. The sec. takes a message and never calls back.
End of the story - for an additional $2000 I have taken a carpenter - (Jimmy promised to send his guy) and I will have to do it myself -
Customer service - below zero.
Rude and incompetent. Zero care for clients.

The door in question was contracted 6 months before it was delivered, However the Shop Drawings to manufacture the doors where signed 50 days before the door was delivered. This is due to the frequent changes the costumer exercised in the composition of one or many parts of the door .
The policy of the factory as it is quite understandable, is to not manufacture any doors if the shop drawings do not have a final signature.
The door arrived crated and well packed, the installers scratched as they attemprteds twice to install the door. These where not Sabana workers or Sabana approved installers , rather some workers that where nnot familiar with a heavy impact door.
