I was the winning bid on a no reserve auction on ebay. I promptly paid and now Sachin refuses to ship the items because it didn't sell for enough money. Even though he charged $145 just for shipping on an item that would not cost more than $50 to ship.
This man is listing items on ebay at no reserve so that he avoids the higher insertion fee and then refuses to sell them because he doesn't think the auction ended at a high enough sale price.

BIG FRAUD

This guy is nothing but a big fraud. I have reported him to the district attorney in California for his unethical business practices and they are 'investigating' him and his business dealings. He NEVER offered any kind of replacement or back order, as soon as I paid he refunded my money and told me I was trying to take advantage of him by "Expecting him to honor the sale". He has other complaints of the same dealings on his feedback. I will be taking a trip to CA to meet with the district attorney to presue the claim against him. People like this do not need to be doing business in the US.

It would be nice if you tell the truth.Your complaint on this report is what you think is right but that is not the case.I oversold the merchandise and by the time I relised I don't have the item instock,it was too late. You cannot end an auction if there is less than 6 hours left.I explain to you this was an honest mistake and you didn't want to listen just because you were getting something for a dollor.I could have given you different saddles for the same price to make things right but you were too quick to react.Talking about $145 on shipping it was mentioned on the listing page and you read that before bidding so where complain. For your information it cost very close to $145 to ship 3 saddles. We buy new boxes and packaging material and that is not cheap and ofcouse I pay someone to do the packing. I have sold merchandise for $1 or at my loss when the bid didn't go high enough.I am stilling selling merchandise and everyday some items sell at profit and some don't.i ship to everyone who pays.I have sold merchandise yesterday and today at a loss.I have not refunded there money but am shipping the merchandise because I have the item in stock. If the bid does not go high enough it is my badluck because I choose to do that.It is not because I am trying to lower my ebay fee it is because I attract more bidders to my auction and hoping I will do good business if not on this item than on another.
