this co.was rated as the best and safest on line repair companies so I went on line to safecart.com to have my computer cleaned up. called their toll free # and ended up trying to communicate with someone in India, (very difficult to understand). Told him that my machine was running slow and commands were not always recognized,"no problem"he says and informs me of their $29.90 special that was available that could restore my machine to original condition. BTW the bill turned out to be $39.90 as I was charged for a program I did not know I was getting.

He took control of my machine and began to do whatever he did. After a little time he said he was done with what he could do and showed me a long list of gibberish that he could not fix without using another progam that normally cost $249.00 but they had a special of $99.95 right now. I told him that was too high and the price dropped to $79.95 and I told him that was too much and a mirical happened and his boss told him that I deserved a special price of $50.00 and I passed again.

He then thanked me and said he would call me in 2 days to see how things were going,he never called nor emailed me. I tried using my "repaired" computer and noticed that all was the same as before he started except that everything I had stored in my documents was gone or I could not open up.Looking for help I was able to connect to their N.American repair tech dept and get some help.1-855-220-7908. These people , Natalie and Mark were great and tried so hard to help me

get my info restored, I mean Mark worked for hours but was only able to restore about 2% of what was lost and was very apologetic of the whole mess that occurred and he could not fix what had
been destroyed but made sure I got a refund on all I had been charged. My records are gone forever,my computer is slower than ever and I assume that I have been screwed by a supposedly
good company.
MORAL OF THE STORY---IF THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH---HANG UP AND RUN

Idiot,
The sob not only deleted my files but caused my machine to run slower than ever and now it cuts off
anytime it wants to, Get you some of that Albert E.
