This compay is a scam. Their program messes up your computer and then 6-months later, they automatically re-charge your credit card for a renewal. There is no way to cancel. Their "customer service" is just a loop that asks for your e-mail and password and if you click on the "forgot passwood", it constantly says "invalid password". I have spent an hour trying to communicate with them and still haven't been successful. I will report them to my bank and reverse the charge. Also, if you call their customer service phone number, you just get a busy signal and never get anyone or a way to leave a message.
